AYMENTS
Northstar Music Center's goal is to provide the best music instruments, equipment and accessories to suit your musical needs.
We accept cash, personal checks w/valid local ID, Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, Traveler's Checks, and Gift Certificates.
LAYAWAY
50% Down Payment at time of Lay-Away, Balance to be paid in full within 30 days from original date of lay-away. All merchandise is to be picked up within 7 days of final payment. Cancellation fee of 15% of total purchase price will be assessed and deducted for refund amount due on all cancelled Lay-Away items.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Products purchased from Northstar Music Center may be exchanged or returned for full store credit within 30 days of date of purchase when accompanied by original sales receipt. Merchandise being returned must be in brand-new condition with all documentation, instructions, cartons, packing materials and warranty cards intact. Restocking fee of 15% may be charged.
Return of custom orders or special production merchandise will be subject to a 30% re-stocking charge.
MERCHANDISE WARRANTY
All new products carry full manufacturer's warranty. Pre-owned merchandise is sold as-is unless otherwise specified at time of sale.
We will work with the manufacturer to assure that any warranty claims are resolved to customer satisfaction.
